Turner Award-winning British artist Helen Cammock’s first exhibition in the United States features film, poetry, performance, archival documents, and books rooted in the social history, geography, and community of New Orleans, a place she visited for the first time in January 2022. Join us as we engage Toni Morrison’s, Sula, one of the texts pivotal to this exhibition, with Tameka Blackshir of Reparations Club, as she guides us through a reading group discussion. Please read the book in advance.
Presented in partnership with Rep Club. The book will be available for purchase on-site.
